Zoya Charitable Trust is an Indian NGO working in the service of the underprivileged in society, irrespective of caste, creed or political affiliation. Despite efforts taken by the government, a large section of society still does not have access to the resources necessary to build a better life for themselves. At ZCT, we aim to bridge that gap through multiple initiatives. ZCT has created scholarship opportunities for students, provided medical assistance to the needy and contributed aid materials during natural calamities, as well as participated in rehabilitation work in the aftermath of natural calamities. We believe that Infrastructure is critical to development. As a result, we have constructed educational infrastructure for primary school students. We have also completed housing projects for the victims of natural calamities.

Zoya Charitable Trust was established in March 2019. Since its inception, ZCT has spearheaded multiple social service initiatives in the service of the marginalised in every section of society. Going forward, we will be constantly identifying new areas where we can best contribute to the betterment of society and the upliftment of the underprivileged.

Dr Shama Mohamed serves as the Trustee of Zoya Charitable Trust. She a Dentist by profession and is the National Spokesperson of Indian National Congress.
